On Saturday November 21st, San Diego Customs in San Diego, California held it's first annual On The Run Motorcycle Show to celebrate the re-opening of its retail section. Every Dyna and FXR from the southern part of the state, and many from up north, made the trek to the corner of the Commercial street as they took over several city blocks. The who's who of the exploding performance scene were all there swapping ideas and formulating the next build big builds. SDC built "El Chromeo", a chromed out rebuild of Johnny Klein's 2003 Halrey-Davidson Dyna, definitely won the peoples choice for the most exotic build. While no formal stunt show was "permitted" a few riders took to the streets as the left for an impromptu wheelie and burnout fest.
The Dyna/FXR scene is definitely the hottest growing segment in the V-Twin industry right now as companies like San Diego Customs forge the way, bringing both performance and style back to the next generation of riders.
