“I have been fortunate enough to experience growth and the recession of our industry and I can tell you that it is true — that which doesn’t break you really does make you stronger,’ says Kelli. “PM has worked diligently during the tough times and I am very, very lucky to have worked through the lows and happy to be in this position as we see growth once again.”
