Bell’s all-new design features a super-light 3K carbon shell combined with a three-layer impact liner. Using three different materials at three different densities, the helmet is designed to manage energy from three potential impact scenarios: low-, mid-, and high-speed. The Race Star also features the Panovision viewport, which allows riders to see better make safer lane changes and head-checks.
The Lane Splitter is built using a proprietary ABS outer shell, and it also features a shock-absorbing EPS liner with hand-stitched interior padding, cheek pads, and BioFoam chin bar. Keeping this helmet cooled are vents in the chin bar, which flow through the dome and exit an outlet in the back of the helmet. The Lane Splitter also has pockets in the ear recess for aftermarket drop-in com systems.
The new Quantum X helmet features a Peripherally Belted Super Complex Laminate Construction shell, which combines multiple proprietary materials making the helmet both high-performance and affordable. The ventilation of this helmet is some of the best, and fine-tuning the fit with Arai’s 5mm peel-off ear pocket/cheek pads make this helmet fitting any head an easy task.
