Peel And Stick Work Tiles
RaceDay’s Concrete Covering
We were looking for a nice flooring upgrade in our shop that could take the daily pounding of our tech articles and bike building, but didn’t want something that was over complicated or took a masters degree in architecture to install. After doing some major online searching and weighing of options, the staff decided the best course of action would be to go with a slew of RaceDay flooring tiles. RaceDay flooring is constructed of a flexible G-Floor PVC vinyl by Better Life Technologies. The tiles are meant to be used on garage and shop floors and are constructed with a handy peel-and-stick backing that lets the modular flooring conform to low spots in the concrete. The tiles are available in 12×12 or 24×24-inch tiles in packs of 10 and come in 12 different mix-and-match colors.
After spending the good part of the day cleaning the floor for installation, then measuring, cutting, and installing the 24×24-inch tiles, we found the thickness of these durable vinyl squares did a great job of hiding those pesky cracks, stains, and other imperfections that all poured concrete and garage floors possess. The tiles also act as both a floor cushion as well as a fluid and vapor barrier, so liquids, such as oil and gas, don’t leak down into the porous flooring as before, which is a great thing since we have all sorts of old and leaking V-twin–powered machines in our stable
If you are looking for a hassle-free garage floor upgrade, we highly suggest using these diamond plate-looking crack and peel floor tiles to beatify your workspace or man cave.
