Harley-Davidson Sportster makeover Part 2 & 3

From Craigslist buy to Cool Custom

The 2nd and 3rd installments documenting the makeover of a 1200 Sportster purchased off Craigslist on the cheap. Our '97 donor bike gets torn down after about 10 or so hours sweating it out with some wrenches and the pesky stock parts. After all the wrenching, the machine is ready to really dig into the customization process. What is really cool about this whole "Makeover" is that pretty much anybody out there can do this with some basic hand tools , some time, a few beers and not a lot of money. Keep up with the progress of this makeover from an ugly duckling to a cool custom ride with a lot of help from TC Bros. right here on hotbike.com
