Several words and phrases come to mind when seeing a live Stolen Rhodes performance for the first time: fiery, sensational, tough as nails, hotter than a rattlesnake in a toaster oven…
Combining blues and rock with a touch of country and a heap of nostalgia, Philadelphia, PA (USA) rockers Kevin Cunningham (guitar), Jack Zaferes (bass), Matt Pillion (vocals, guitar, keys, saxophone) and Larry Shotter (drums) have spent the past year and a half touring in support of their critically acclaimed Slow Horse EP. The tour included over 250 dates plus festivals such as SXSW, Sturgis, Daytona Bike Week, and Rocklahoma. They opened for iconic artists such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Robert Randolph, Drivin’ N Cryin’ and Blackberry Smoke. They also spent a month touring as support for the Marshall Tucker Band. Their energetic, crowd-pleasing performances subsequently led to spots on Skynyrd’s final Simple Man Cruise and the Lebrewski Cruise playing with Molly Hatchet, O.A.R. and Blackfoot.
Porch 40 formed in 2012 at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. They play a style of highly Progressive Southern Funk Rock that has won over an eclectic audience everywhere they perform. Incorporating elements from R&B, Jazz, and Funk with the best of the Rock, Progressive, Indie and Metal, they cross over genres with ease.
From the famous Bele Chere festival in Asheville, to clubs across the southeast including The House of Blues in New Orleans, The Orange Peel in Asheville, and The Fillmore in Charlotte, the band has a growing and wildly dedicated fan base.
Porch 40 is especially known for their extraordinarily intense live shows and high level of musicianship. They have shared the stage and performed with Galactic, The Doobie Brothers, The Marshall Tucker Band, REO Speedwagon, Leftover Salmon, Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, and more.
Among the best and most original bands to come out of North Carolina, their insanely tight, engaging and energetic performances make them favorites wherever they go.
The Bands on the Hot Bike Tour really set the mood for an entertaining night on the tour and help celebrate the motorcycle Industry with their great music. No better combination than motorcycles and live music, am I right? - - LongRider Bill Smith

Abraham, Brandon, Sloan, and Jason have been nothing short of a best-kept-secret among Asheville concertgoers since the band’s formation in 2015, building a fervent and dynamic fan base leveraged by their ever-substantiated reputation for consistently well-rehearsed and impassioned, explosive live performances. The band’s celebrated sound and spirit draws significant influence from the driving force of Southern rock pioneers Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Black Crows, to billowing and bouncing funk and soul, to the layered harmonies and memorable hooks of The Beatles and Led Zeppelin, to the contemporary psychedelia of Jack White among many more.
