Whiskey Bill moved from California to Florida and absorbed what he calls a “Southern flair.” We at HOT BIKE are a little confused as to why Whiskey Bill moved to Florida when everyone knows that the best whiskey in the nation comes from Kentucky. Besides that, Bill wanted to share his ’06 Big Bear Choppers Sled 300 with the world-or, more importantly, you.

Close Call

Um…Mike? You’re not related to a Freddy Krueger from Nightmare on Elm Street, are you? Whoa! Thank God! Mike Krueger (once again, no relation to Freddy) was so proud of his dad, Brad Krueger’s, custom build that he sent in some photos of his dad’s “old-schooler” without his knowledge. Brad’s bike gets plenty of attention on the streets of Baraboo, WI, and his bike also won Best in Show at the only bike event it appeared in.

Jimmy’s Fat Boy Bomber

Jimmy’s First Edition Fat Boy looks like an old bomber from a World War II movie. The frame is painted silver instead of the Harley-Davidson classic black. Also, notice the yellow rings painted throughout the bike: one on the primary cover, cam cover, and the inspection ring, and two on the rocker boxes and gas tank.

Look Closely

When bike owners buy a stock bike, the wheels in their noggins start turning as to what upgrades they’re going to make to better fit their needs. Frank chromed out the rest of the engine, changed the rear wheel to a 5-1/2-inch sealed-spoke rim, and swapped the stock fender for a 9-incher. There are too many things to list, but look closely. Maybe you can point them out.

Power Beneath the Seat

Matt bought an ’03 Screamin’ Eagle Deuce, a 100th Anniversary Harley, which is loaded with a 1,550cc fuel-injected Twin Cam with a Screamin’ Eagle big-bore kit. We see you wanted something with a little power under the seat. We’d say you made the right choice, Matt!

Don’t Worry…We Found It

Scott feels that HOT BIKE is one of the best publications around, so naturally it’s only fair to feature his bike in our Readers’ Showcase section. However, all we had was one photo of this awesome Harley…without knowing who owned it.
