1. The TXR comes preassembled and preset and is available in black anodize or polish. We installed the TXR onto the integrated boss on the Plus-One oil pan therefore the trans plate was not needed.

2. We inserted the two large flange nuts through the holes in the frame crossmember then used a 5/16-inch hex wrench to tighten the two 1/2-inch flathead allen screws. Blue threadlocker is recommended on all screws.

3. Next, we adjusted the Heim joints so that the 3/8-inch buttonhead allen screw slid smoothly through the rear Heim joint in perfect alignment with the boss on the Plus-One oil pan while at the same time maintaining equal gaps on either side of the intermediate member (blue arrows).

4. Finally we tightened the rear allen screw with a 7/32-inch hex and locked all the jam nuts on the Heim joints with a 9/16-inch open end wrench.

5. The installation took about 30 minutes. Here's the final assembly after a couple of test rides. The TXR performed very well as we went in and out of high-speed turns and switchbacks. The bike felt tight and in line from front to back, no wobbling. We're also happy that it's a tough piece of equipment considering all the road trash that abuses it.
