While most of the country was gearing up for the largest football party of the year, in the V-Twin motorcycle world, part manufactures, suppliers, dealers, and motorcycle media were prepping for the highly anticipated annual V-Twin Dealer show in Cincinnati. Commonly referred to by just about everyone in the industry as Cinci, this show is when everyone debuts all those new and interesting products they’ve been feverishly working on. Over the next few pages you will see some of the new and interesting products we came across at the show. Hopefully you’ll see something you like or maybe a part will inspire you to get cracking on that project you’ve been thinking about. For us, we hope to get our hands on as many of these products as possible for future tech articles and to provide you with more info about the parts/accessories.
Todd’s Cycle offers new T-bars for Harley’s Blackline Softail. Todd also has a new set of risers for the Blackline that will allow you to bolt just about any set of handlebars to the bike.
Cycle Sounds entered the bike protection market with this Bike Bumper. Made for Batwing and Shark-nose fairing, the bumper helps protect your bike from scratches and spills while trailoring or just sitting in the garage.
To go along with its long line of Spike and Power Flow Air Cleaner systems, D&M Custom Cycle introduced its new Machine Gun Boss air cleaner setup.
Küryakyn will help you see and be seen when on the road with its new Phase 7 L.E.D. Headlight and Passing Lamps. The lights emit a very bright white light providing more visibility while drawing significantly less power than stock lighting.

Headwinds has expanded its array of lighting options with these Fork-mounted Spotlights. The lights bolt to the caliper mounts and produce 22,000-candle power to brighten up the night.
For those looking to clean up and simplify the lighting at the rear of their bike, Radiantz offers its Integratorz LED strips. The strips provide run/brake/turn lighting and don’t require the installation of an additional module.
Concept & Design Cycle intrigued the audience with its Active Suspension. In Automatic Mode the Active Suspension constantly monitors road speed and adjusts ride height accordingly based on pre-programmed parameters. A manual mode is also built-in allowing you to override the system’s electronic module and maintain your desired ride height for as long as you want. The system will raise/lower the bike by 2-1/2 inches.
Got an old bike with a tired Evo sitting in the frame? Breathe some fire into that bike by dropping in one of Delkron’s 120ci Square Block engines. Featuring a 4.250-inch bore and a matching 4.250-inch stroke with a 10.3:1 compression, the engine comes completely assembled and ships with a carb and ignition for a true drop in and go installation that will yield a claimed 121 hp and 138 lb-ft of torque.
Have too much horsepower for your stock clutch system to handle? Barnett Tool and Engineering offers its Under Stock Cover (U.S.C) lock up clutch that will fit behind the stock primary cover to help save you money and keep that sleeper look.
Show your military pride and support with these officially licensed USMC gauges from Medallion gauges. Available in a full set for Touring models or a solo gauge, they feature LED backlighting and illuminated pointers.
With success in the automotive market, PRM Racing brings its intake design to the motorcycle industry with the Jet Stream Intake System. Designed for use on EFI Twin Cam and CV carb Evo models, the Jet Stream Intake features a unique design that helps improve incoming air velocity and decreases air temp to produce improved performance gains claiming a 8 lb-ft of torque and 6hp gain on an Evo engine. For those bagger owners looking for a way to rake out their frontends for 23 or 26-inch wheels, Kewl Metal Inc. offers its rake kit. The 45-degree rake kit is a bolt-on affair with no welding required.
Namz Custom Cycle Products has a host of products to help you add taller bars, or to make wiring/rewiring your bike a much easier task. The company offers throttle-by-wire extension kits as well as wiring extension kits for 2011 FLST and FXST models.

Got a new bike and it’s not quite running right? Daytona Twin Tec offers its new Twin Scan 3 for the new 2011-2012 Softail and 2012 Dyna models outfitted with the CAN data bus. The Twin Scan 3 includes a scopemeter feature that allows display of two signal waveforms and is very useful for diagnostic purposes.

Vance & Hines is catering to the 2-into-1 crowd with its blacked-out Pro-Pipe Hi-Output exhaust. Available for Softail and Dynas, as well as Touring models, this pipe features tuned length headers that step from 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 inches to optimize gas velocity.
Hell’s Foundry’s Dashlink is the perfect accessory for those that have an iPhone and are looking to utilize the phone’s GPS and audio capabilities with their bike. Compatible with the iPhone and iPod Touch, the Dashlink docking console is available in chrome, gloss black, or carbon fiber finishes and fits Softails, Sportsters, and baggers.
RC Components continues to expand its wheel finish options. Shown here is a 26-inch Majestic wheel with the company’s new Flipside finish. A different twist on the black and machine cut look, the Flipside is industrial yet elegant.
