March 12, 2010, Merrillville, IN - RUSH just released an all new 2 into 1 compete exhaust system for Harley Davidson Dressers and Road Kings. Dynamometer reports show these systems building significant increases in low and mid range torque and adding to top end horsepower. The system is available with show quality chrome or ceramic black coating.
Only RUSH uses ceramic coating inside and outside the exhaust pipe. Double Ceramic Coating improves exhaust gas flow by keeping the pipe cooler, much the same result engine builders achieve by using heat wrap. Another huge benefit of lower pipe temperatures is a more comfortable ride for the rider and passenger. RUSH is the only major exhaust manufacturer who uses this process and can offer the benefits.
The new RUSH 2 into 1 system is constructed from heavy duty 16 gauge steel which has 30% more steel than 18 gauge used by other manufacturers. Thicker steel means longer life and better sound. Like other RUSH products you can expect a deep throaty sound. The spiral louver packed baffle contributes to the sound and additional power. The system includes full coverage heat shields over the head pipes and collector. A brilliant chromed aircraft billet end cap seals the look that will add attention to any new bagger.
